General business conditions and cancellation charges 

 

Before housing customer may cancel the contract by written announcement to owners. Any changes in the order are charged in an amount of 10 EUR. We hope  you understand, that in the case of canceling your reservation we are able to provide your accommodation to another customer. Due to this fact we have specified following cancellation charges:

a) 20% from the already paid deposit, if canceling occurs till 60 days before the date of the first service and is at least in 15 EUR 

b) 50% from the already paid deposit, if canceling occurs from 59 – 30 days before the date of the first service 

c) 100% from the already paid deposit, if canceling occurs till 29 days before the date of the first service.

Customer does not have to pay any cancellation charges, when finds for itself supplanter.

General business conditions

1. Creation contractual relationships

Contractual relationship between customer and owner creates by the written contract (completely filled booking – order) or order by telephone confirmed through the e-mail.

2. Prize of accommodation and its payment

In case of the biding bookings customer must pay a deposit - 50% of the total price within 10 days of booking confirmation.

3.Deposit

In the case when the owner canceled the reservation, the deposit will be given back. The customer has no rights to demand for any other refunds.
